We have two type of varnishing, one is water based and one is oil based. Usually for water based varnishing, we will recommend to use it on 2″ x 10″ wooden, or large wood strip.

The benefit of water based is it is a green product, no strong smell, more scratches resistant and clear coat, matt finishes. The coat can be dry within 6 hours and you can move in right immediate after that.

If you have baby at home,is advisable to use water based coat for your wooden flooring.
