We provide services of installing new flooring for marble, parquet or SPC flooring. Besides we do polishing the old marble/terrazzo, cement floor, sanding and varnish the parquet/wooden flooring.
New marble flooring installation, usually for landed property, high-end condominium because it will looks class and easy to maintain. For shopping mall, office block and commercial area, usually the marble floor will be installed at the main hall, we do provide new marble floor installation services for all kinds of building.
For Supply install marble floor, we only provide broken marble floor installation and polishing.
The residential marble, we will advise to use local marble, broken marble or marble tiles from Ipoh, it is cheaper and beautiful. If you think you would like to spend more on the material, we can do installation of the imported marble for you. You need to buy your own marble in that case. If you ask us what is the different between the imported and local marble, it is same except for the colour. Marble is marble. As long as it is old enough, imported or local doesn’t has much different. But Local Marble/ Ipoh Marble has less problem compare imported marble.
Installation and polishing work for a living room of terrace house (300-400sf) may take around 1 week .
We have quality handwork on installation marble tiles, our installer is skilled worker. Installation is included installation and polishing.
Polishing and waxing process is not as easy as you think. It will take at least 1 day to grind and polish a 300-400 sf area.
Wooden Flooring
- We will grind the floor, to remove all the dirt, scratched and stain
- After grind, all the gaps between plank will be filled
- Waxing with the coat- satin or gloss to seal the wooden floor
- Advise: Polish every 5 years or when you see the seal drop off
Marble Flooring
- We will grind the floor, to remove all the dirt, scratched and stain
- Using the polishing stone to grind it until shine
- Waxing with liquid wax to seal the marble
- Advise: Polish every 5 years
Our polishing price is affordable and reasonable, total cost depends on the floor area, polishing type and also floor condition.
