Laminate Flooring Finishes

Laminate flooring technically is not a wooden flooring as the appearance actually is printed. and under the printed is chipboard. Laminate flooring is scratches resistant, and water resistant, please do bear in mind it is NOT water proofing.

It is advised that do not install laminate flooring on top of existing wooden flooring as if any water problem to the underneath wood, you have to change the wood underneath and also the laminate flooring on top.

For the residential flooring or commercial lot,   you can use 8mm laminate wood, for public area, you can use 12mm laminate wood.
